It is really nice to finally feel comfortable and welcomed at a shop! From the minute I contacted them until the moment my car was fixed they were nothing but helpful and polite. They give excellent customer service and very detailed in explaining every step taken.

THEY SAVED OUR VACATION! I went in to get a second opinion on some front end work that a regional tire store told me I needed and the money for that would have cost us a vacation. He not only confirmed my belief that I did not need that front end work but during his inspection he found a leaking water pump that I did not know about! That was on Friday morning, he knew we were leaving for vacation on Tuesday and they promised me it would be done by noon on Monday.
He worked extra hours to make sure it would be ready on time. Monday at noon it was not only ready as promised, but he washed the car for us. Although he specializes in German auto, I am taking all of my vehicles there from now on. When you find a friendly, honest, knowledgeable repair facility you can't keep it to yourself!

Family friendly, honest and very professional. Won't upsell on something not needed yet but will let you know about anything that will need fixed or replaced. Extremely fair on price and treats you like family. I'm coming here from now on! Don't forget to get your car washed in there handy-dandy car wash right next door before you leave. And maybe while you wait hit up the coffee shop in their parking lot and grab yourself a drink.
Wasn't sure whether I was going to fix my Volkswagen Passat I commute in or just sell as is with several warning lights on and a clear problem with the transmission. They gave me a detailed inspection report to go over (with pictures) via email and took the time to explain verbally which things were more or less critical in relation to cost. They were honest, pleasant, and happy to tell me anything I wanted to know about my car and the mechanic was clearly very passionate about European cars.

We can perform all factory and scheduled services on your vehicle, all services and repairs are registered in the Carfax database so that your service records are available any time you or a potential buyer of your vehicle in the future can easily access service records.
We continuously invest in advanced up to date diagnostic equipment and training so that we can offer the most accurate diagnostics saving us time and saving you money. We have access to all the factory dealer scanners and we can perform coding/programming and software updates on your vehicle that can resolve multiple issues typically misdiagnosed by shops that do not posses the ability to program your vehicle software.
We can handle all types of repairs, from simple parts replacement, to advance timing and internal engine related components, we posses all tools necessary to properly disassemble and reassemble your vehicle and we have a strict rule of torquing all fasteners to the specified values.
